"Hana Kimi" After Stories Chp 4 -- Sano and Mizuki

Here is the final "Hana Kimi" After Story and it features Sano, Mizuki, and Shin.  This short takes place directly after Sekime's wedding.  I think that was one of the first special one-shots after the end of the series.  If you recall in that special chapter, Sano proposed to Mizuki in a round about fashion.  I was hoping for a wedding, but what happens here is satisfying enough.  We get resolution on Shin's feelings toward Mizuki, which is something I wasn't expecting.  Actually, the Shin angle seems to be the focus of the one-shot.  Anyhow, Shin is adorable, so all is forgiven. Hopefully, this isn't the last of Hana Kimi.  I really would like to see a one-shot with Sano and Mizuki in the US or something that gives us an indication of Sano's future as an athlete.

Next up is "Magnolia" Chapter 15.  As for ANS Chapter 26, we are still working on it.  Hopefully, we will be able to release it in the next two weeks.  We are truly sorry to keep you waiting, but real life happens and servers crash.  We simply ran out of the time to get it down this month.

"Hana Kimi After Stories" -- Nanba

 

Like "Ouran", to commemorate their television drama, Hana Kimi is also releasing special chapters.  This set of special chapters is call "Hana Kimi After Stories" and it's currently running in Hana to Yume magazine.  Each chapter will focus of the after graduation stories of the popular characters from Hana Kimi.   I don't know how many chapters there will be, but I imagine the stories will be very short like this one.

This first story covers Nanba and I liken who he ends up with to the surprise of Mei and Kasanoda ending up together.  It's surprising, but ultimately makes sense :).  On to the link!

New Ouran High School Host Club Special Chapters are Coming!! Kuro Lala!! and More!!

I just got Lala 9 today and there's an Ouran special chapter in it!  There I will postpone the last two releases scheduled this month to get that out ASAP.
The chapter will be continued into Lala 10!  Ouran will also be on the cover of Lala 10!  So we will be getting at least 2 special Ouran chapters!  Yay!

Kuro Lala!!

There also something call "Kuro Lala"  (Black Lala) coming out in September.  This is part of Lala magazine's 35th anniversary.  I will do my best to get my hands on this Special collection of material from the folks at Lala.  If it's like the Natsume Yuujinchou special magazine, then it will sell out immediately.  If you want a copy, please let me know, and I'll place an order for you when I buy my copy.

Other news: there's a new volume of "Hana Kimi" coming out.  It's called "Hana-Kimi: Afterschool."  It appears to be a compilation of the extra stories that came out after the official end of the series.

I wonder if this means there will be a Viz version for the US?  That would be wonderful :)!
